Exercise Programming

LSF offers customized and individualized programs for all fitness levels based on THREE criteria: Goals, Abilities, & Needs.

GOALS

Knowing what a client wants to accomplish is crucial when developing a program. Understanding the end goal gives a direction of the overall program.

ABILITIES

LSF will assess each individual and determine which movement patterns are ideal for success. Not only will this prevent injury and rehab/recover existing injury, but it will put the individual in the best possible position for consistent training patterns.

NEEDS

We understand that every client has goals and wants, but sometimes needs are not as easily identifiable. LSF will help address these in order to accomplish their goals.

 

Nutrition Planning

My belief is the best meal plan is the one that works with your lifestyle. Your meal plan may contain your favorite foods and/or be adapted to any specialty diet such as vegan or gluten free. Having a healthy long-term outlook, understanding the cause and effect of every change you make, and knowing when to make a change are all vital components to achieving maximum success.

What we DO NOT believe in:

  • ‘Starving’ clients to lose weight
  • No carb diets
  • No fat diets
  • Disregarding long-term goals for short-term gains, which often leads to permanent damage to your metabolism for the sake of being lean by a particular date.
 
 

HOW IT WORKS.

There is no one-size-fits-all. LSF creates programs that fit YOUR individual needs...

Customized Nutrition & Exercise Combo

Looking to compete or just simply changing your lifestyle. This combo package gives you the best of both worlds.

Before starting the program, you will complete all consultation forms. 

In the first month, you will come in or meet virtually for your initial assessment and program overview.

 We will explain everything in full detail so you have a major understanding of how to follow the program most effectively.

1-2 times a month, you will do a Follow Up session, where we will monitor and assess your progress. You will get a new program every 4 weeks.

It is the client's responsibility to schedule their appointment.

Customized Nutrition Only

Nutrition coaching will guide you to learn proper nutrition to fit your body and goals. 

Before starting the program, you will complete all consultation forms. 

In the first month, you will come in or meet virtually for your initial assessment and program overview.

This plan includes one 30 minute Follow Up session each month to tweak your plan as needed.

It is the client's responsibility to schedule their appointment.

Exercise Programming Only

This program will guide you with the proper exercise plan each month for you to meet your body goals! 

This program has two options: Completely Virtual or with One In-Person Follow Up. 

Before starting the program, you will need to complete all consultation forms. 

Initial Start Up:

Virtual Clients: You will submit your pictures & measurements for your initial assessment. 

In-person clients: You will come in for an assessment.  Your trainer will take your pictures and measurements. 

It is the client's responsibility to schedule their appointment.
