This program will provide you with all nutrition coaching and exercise programming services to fully prepare you to rock that stage! You will come in or meet virtually for a follow up 1-2 times per month where all of your nutrition needs will be addressed. You will receive your customized exercise plan and meal plan tailored to your needs and the development of your body.
I don’t believe in cookie cutter plans! You want a plan based on your individual needs and goals. Then we tweak the plan as needed according to your metabolic response. Everyone is different and responds differently. Our goal is to feed your body as much as possible as you achieve your goals. We will also teach you how to maintain those results for the long-term once you have reached your desire goal.
A customized exercise plan is created to meet your needs and goals to ensure that you bring your best body to the stage. We will focus on your starting point, while working the specific muscles needed to create symmetry and proportionate muscular development for your desired competition category.
It is very important to have the right guidance to step on stage. Having a good posing routine is just as important as your physique. This will help you feel confident and be ready to step on stage. It is recommended to start posing 8 weeks before the show. Private and possibly group sessions will be provided (depending if there are girls competing with you in your show) Private posing sessions follow the same price structure as personal training sessions.
